Übergang is an exhibition that explores time and the NFT artworld. Artist D. Magner is making digital sketches from old photographs using apps on an iphone and will be shown as quality Gilcee prints and as a collectable NFT.

 

Hybrid artworks are made using old family photos and vintage German images. As Artists and collectors we are in a 'Transition' (Übergang) period.  With all new advances in technology a certain fear and aprehension will exist. 'Time' will always change peoples ideas. Acceptance takes time.

A 'deck of cards' has 52 individual cards (Plus 2 Jokers). This exhibition will have 10 of these drawings (editions of 5) and an NFT. 

 

This new era of digital collecting is confusing with terms like 'wallets'/'Blockchain'/'NFT'.  This exhibition welcomes both Artists and NFT/Blockchain people to mix and share ideas over an early Christmas drink!

 

 

Each Drawing will have a qr code beside it on the gallery wall. It will direct their phone to the website page and NFT information.
