My artwork takes a critical view of social and cultural issues of rural Ireland. Often referencing Irish folklore, history and religion, my work explores the varying relationships between modern living and rural attitudes both past and present.

I originally trained as a furniture Maker/Designer before getting a First Class Hons Degree in 'Production Design and Art Direction' from The IADT Film School, Dublin in 2009.

I am also a fully Qualified Welder/ Fabricator.
